Katie Bukolt MSN, APRN, FNP-C, AOCNP

Katie Bukolt, MSN, FNP-C, AOCNP is currently employed as a Nurse Practitioner at the Texas Oncology Baylor Sammons Cancer Center in the department of radiation oncology. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with additional certifications as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner and certification in Radiation Oncology. Katie received her BSN Texas Tech university in 1998 and her MSN at Barry University in 2008. She has worked in Radiation Oncology exclusively since 2011. She enjoys helping continue to expand the Nurse Practitioner role in radiation oncology and is a mentor for new nurse practitioners. She currently is one of four committee members for the Advanced Practice Provider Executive Committee for Texas Oncology. Katie is a current faculty member of US Oncology’s APP bootcamp. Katie has lectured locally and nationally on a vast array of topics regarding the care of cancer patients receiving radiation therapy in their management.
